All transactions on bk33ap are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and standard processing times outlined in Section 6.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable playthrough conditions are met in full. bk33ap reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at its discretion.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the bk33ap Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether personally or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Any material inaccuracy in registration information may result in account suspension, withholding of withdrawals pending verification, or permanent account closure.
bk33ap may at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal, require you to complete identity verification by submitting documentation such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bk33ap may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bk33ap will never ask you to provide your password through any communication channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify bk33ap immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
bk33ap strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to add an additional layer of security to their Account. bk33ap shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account where 2FA was available but not enabled by the Player.
All Account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the transaction process. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts.
An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bk33ap reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts as notified on the Platform. Players will be given advance notice by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance following the applicable notice period may be closed.
bk33ap accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. The current list of accepted methods is displayed at the bk33ap Login and account deposit pages.
The minimum deposit amount is displayed at the point of deposit on the Platform and may vary depending on the payment method selected. bk33ap does not guarantee a fixed minimum across all payment channels and reserves the right to update minimum amounts with reasonable notice.
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bk33ap Account balance within 60 seconds of a successful transaction. Deposits via bank transfer channels may take longer depending on the relevant banking institution's processing times. bk33ap is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. bk33ap does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not registered to the Account holder may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed by the bk33ap payments team during standard operating hours. The average processing time for withdrawals to bKash or Nagad is 15 to 30 minutes under normal conditions. Withdrawals via bank transfer may take up to 3 business days.
To be eligible to withdraw funds, you must have: (a) completed any applicable identity verification (KYC) process; (b) fulfilled the wagering requirements associated with any Bonus Funds included in your balance; and (c) made at least one qualifying deposit using a payment method registered in your own name.
bk33ap applies a same-method withdrawal policy where reasonably practicable. This means that funds will be returned to the same payment channel from which the deposit originated (e.g., if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal will be processed to your bKash account). Where the same-method policy cannot be applied, bk33ap will contact the Player to agree an alternative.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page within your bk33ap Account. bk33ap reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments where necessary to maintain operational liquidity. In such cases, the Player will be notified and the instalment schedule will be agreed in advance.
bk33ap reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. The Player will be notified of any withdrawal hold and the reason therefor within a reasonable timeframe.
All bonuses and promotions offered by bk33ap — including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spin equivalents, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions — are subject to these general bonus terms and any additional specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, where stated) must be wagered before the bonus and any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion terms at the time the bonus is claimed.
Not all games on the bk33ap Platform contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each stake. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a reduced percentage or zero percent, as specified in the promotion terms. Playing excluded games while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum bet limit applies per round or per event, as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
bk33ap reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus funds and associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, hedging bets to guarantee a risk-free withdrawal of bonus funds, or wagering patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
Promotions are available for a limited period and are subject to change or withdrawal at bk33ap's sole discretion. bk33ap will use reasonable efforts to notify active players of material changes to ongoing promotions but is not obligated to maintain any promotion for any particular duration.
bk33ap reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including where: (a) the bet exceeds permitted stake limits; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of irregular betting patterns; or (c) a technical error has affected the displayed odds or game outcome. Void bets will be refunded to the Player's Account balance.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, game malfunctions, or system errors that result in an incorrect outcome — bk33ap reserves the right to void the affected transactions and restore Account balances to their pre-error state. bk33ap's determination of whether a manifest error has occurred is final.
All sports bets placed on the bk33ap sportsbook — including cricket BPL fixtures, T20 World Cup matches, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and other sporting events — are subject to the specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. Bets settled incorrectly due to data feed errors will be reviewed and corrected within 72 hours of the settlement date.
Live in-play bets are accepted subject to system availability and latency constraints. bk33ap cannot guarantee that in-play odds reflect real-time match conditions at the precise moment a bet is placed. Bets accepted during a period of suspended markets will be voided.
All casino games on the bk33ap Platform that use a Random Number Generator (RNG) are independently certified for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are disclosed within the game information panel. bk33ap does not manipulate game outcomes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk33ap Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bk33ap Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit: (a) reproduction or redistribution of any Platform content; (b) commercial use of any bk33ap intellectual property; or (c) creation of derivative works based on Platform content without written authorisation from bk33ap.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bk33ap shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failure, third-party service outages, or events outside bk33ap's reasonable control; or (c) losses arising from your own breach of these Terms or from reliance on inaccurate information you have provided to bk33ap.
bk33ap's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their bk33ap Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bk33ap collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected].
bk33ap does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors (such as bKash and Nagad) is limited to what is strictly necessary to complete the requested transaction and is governed by those providers' own privacy policies.

You may request closure of your bk33ap Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to the withdrawal conditions in Section 6 and provided no outstanding verification or investigation is pending.
bk33ap reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the event of: (a) a breach of these Terms by the Player; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity detected on the Account; (c) failure to complete required identity verification; or (d) any regulatory, legal, or operational requirement that necessitates the closure.
Upon termination of an Account: all Bonus Funds are forfeited immediately; any pending bets that have been placed from real-money funds and not yet settled will be settled in accordance with normal rules and the outcome credited or debited accordingly; real-money balances will be returned to the Player subject to the conditions above.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and bk33ap, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.
bk33ap will use reasonable efforts to respond to and resolve any Player dispute within 14 days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent to hear the matter under applicable law.
All times referenced in dispute resolution procedures are expressed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
bk33ap reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where the amendment is material — meaning it substantively changes your rights or obligations — bk33ap will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to your registered address.
Non-material amendments (including typographical corrections, clarifications, or updates to reflect changes in payment method availability) may be made without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is stated in the Effective Date notice at the top of this document. Your continued use of the bk33ap Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
